… demonstrate an interest in pursuing the boundaries of their work
and engage in following new lines of enquiry.

… understand the importance of professional framing and contemporary presentation.

… ideally have some art training and/or some knowledge of art history.

… have a willingness to regularly attend meetings and play a role in the day-to-day
running of the group, help organise exhibitions/stewarding etc.
