My work is taken from the landscape environment around me. Colour, light and shape make us see things differently. Sometimes from a moment's glance, at other times through the process of familiarisation.The work retains a strong sense of place, through shape and form, and the accentuation of colour somehow makes that sense of place all the more poignant.
